Players are encouraged to work together to defeat the monsters in the game, solve puzzles and explore the different locations in this virtual world. When they play, they can join one of five tribes and band together against the dark force that threatens them all.
The game takes place in the land of Ook, a mysterious world where the monkeys rule. With Monkey Quest, your children are in charge and can create their own adventures. Since they love the “virtual online worlds”, I knew they would really like this game. I knew when I told them that we had to review an online game, they were going to be EXCITED. This is an online game for kids ages 8 – 12 that has become of of the most visited kids’ virtual world sites that has attracted more than 3 million registered users. We recently had the opportunity to play Nickelodeon’s newest game, Monkey Quest. They have a few favorites and even mom has played along with them. If your children are like mine, they enjoy online gaming and especially online virtual worlds. If you find my two oldest daughters online, they are probably playing games.
